That’s why we're offering Radical Roots: Organizing Beyond the March—a transformational coaching program designed for women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ leaders, and their allies. Over 7 weeks, we will build vision, strategy, and community resilience. We have made this program affordable for all,  because access to leadership training shouldn’t be a privilege. 

"Movements don’t happen by accident. They’re built with strategy, structure, and strong leadership. In Radical Roots: Organizing Beyond the March, you’ll learn:

This is more than a course—it’s a training ground for the future of movement-building. 

Our Next Cohort will begin on August 13, 2025. We meet weekly at 6:00 pm MST, for 7 weeks over a 12 week period. Each group coaching session is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours long. While there will be group meetings, the course happens in your life. The material and processes we use for this course are meant to directly apply to the work you are doing in your community. Throughout the program their will be optional coaching calls, personal coaching sessions, and other opportunities to support you in the work you are doing.
