Our Mindfulness Coaching Program for Teens provides a safe and supportive space for youth to learn emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy coping skills. Over 12 weeks, teens participate in weekly mindfulness groups that teach meditation, reflection, and practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and daily challenges. Some students also receive individualized coaching for deeper support. Rooted in trauma-informed practices and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the program helps teens build confidence, focus, and self-awareness in a nurturing environment.
Your contribution directly opens the door for more teens to access this life-changing support. Donations help cover program materials, snacks, facilitator time, and the cost of providing one-on-one coaching to students who need it most. Every gift—large or small—helps a young person feel seen, supported, and empowered with skills they can carry throughout their lives. Our goal is to raise $9,600 to fully fund a 12-week cycle of our Mindfulness Coaching Program for Teens, covering the cost of rental space, facilitator pay, insurance, student materials, healthy snacks, a mindful meal, and individualized coaching for teens who need extra support. Reaching this goal ensures that up to 30 youth can access the program at no cost, giving every participant the tools, guidance, and safe community they need to grow in resilience and emotional well-being.
